Booking questions for luxury picnic

ASAP! Weekend dates book up fast, so if you want to claim one, please book 2 weeks in advance. Please have 3 dates at hand just in case we don't have your first choice available. 

Please book with us on our packages page to save your date. There you will see the dates and times that are possibly available, not guaranteed. If you have special requests, please send those through our contact page. You must pay your deposit to save your date. Then we will send you our contract. Full payment will be due a week prior to your event. 

The time you scheduled is the time that is given to you. If you choose to leave early, please let us know so we can collect the picnic set up. If you are late, we allow up to 15 minutes. We tend to have multiple picnics a day, so if you are late 15 minutes or more, it goes into your reservation time.  You may add additional time to your picnic for cost, but it's not guaranteed that it's available. 

You are free to invite whoever you want! But additional fees may apply.

After you sign the contract and pay your deposit, if you reach out 48 hrs in advance we can reschedule you for a future date, but we don't provide refunds. Please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to reschedule so the date is available for others to book. 

We are currently servicing San Diego County. We are open to suggested locations. We are also open to setting up in your very own backyard!

We can't promise that there won't be other people nearby the location you choose. These are public places, therefore that cannot be guaranteed. 

Gloomy weather doesn't mean bad weather! But if it's crazy weather as in raining and high winds, we will call you before your picnic and reschedule. 

You are welcome to bring your own, but the charcuterie boards we provide are very filling. We are not responsible for any tickets or fines issued if you bring your own alcohol.

Absolutely! Our charcuterie boards can be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. Please let us know through our contact page of any restrictions or substitutions that need to be made. 

It depends on the value of the item when damaged and the degree of damage. We tend to be pretty reasonable, but we charge a replacement fee of up to $50. 

We try to set up your picnic a good distance from other groups at the location. We wash and disinfect the glasses and items. The silverware and plates are biodegradable and disposable. We use gloves while assembling your charcuterie board. We also stay at a safe distance from you when you arrive at your picnic.
